Working Together
Engagements are bespoke and priced according to complexity and scope, with fees discussed privately following the initial conversation. Engagements begin with an initial 30-minute conversation. This allows us to understand the situation, determine whether working together would be useful, and decide on next steps.
If we proceed, work is typically short-term and focused. Some situations are resolved in a single conversation; others benefit from a small number of follow-ups as circumstances evolve. There is no fixed programme or ongoing commitment unless it serves the situation.
In some cases, work begins with a structured diagnostic conversation designed to surface blind spots - the patterns that tend to repeat across relationships, decisions and roles, but are difficult to see from the inside.
Some clients use this purely for insight and clarity. Others choose to use it as a foundation for more deliberate action.
What this is — and isn’t
This is not therapy, coaching, or open-ended emotional support.
I don’t:
validate feelings for their own sake
motivate or inspire as an end goal
offer affirmations or reassurance
follow a prescribed development framework
work to a standing weekly or monthly cadence
What I do is help you see the situation clearly, understand what’s getting in the way, and regain enough control to make decisions and move forward - whether that’s in relationships, career, or life more broadly.

Conversations take place discreetly, either in person or by arrangement.
Much of my work comes through word of mouth and referral. Introductions are welcome.
